Lake Travis Getaway is a Private Waterfront Home with Swim and Boat Dock located in Spicewood, Texas (35 miles Northwest of Austin). The house sits in a quiet area on over an acre of beautiful land with a gentle slope down to the water. It sits on a peninsula formed by the meetings of Lake Travis, Pedernales River, and Colorado River and is one of the best areas on Lake Travis for Water Skiing and Water Sports. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and Sleeps 8 Adults comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed with private bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, 3rd bedroom has 4 Twins (one is a Trundle Bed)and the 2nd bathroom is in the hallway off of the Living Room. There is a Kitchen that is Fully Equipped with all needed kitchen utensils, full sized refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. For our guests enjoyment there are 2 TV’s with satellite cable, a VCR and DVD player, Stereo/CD player with indoor and outdoor speakers, and a selection of books, games, magazines, cd’s, and movies. There is also a washer/dryer for guests use. There is a Private Boat/Swimming/Fishing Dock just steps away from the house and there are public boat launches nearby. Under the house is wonderful covered “entertainment” area overlooking the water with outdoor bar with refrigerator/freezer, propane gas grill, hammock, chairs, dartboard, shuffleboard, and horseshoes.
